Overall Alinea was a great performance. I’m happy I got to experience this restaurant as it was on bucket list after watching the Chef’s Table episode on Netflix. I was shocked that they did not have any cocktails at the restaurant. My friend did to the non-alcoholic beverage pairing, in retrospect, I should have done the same. I would recommend experiencing this restaurant. If it’s something you want to experience. The desert experience was fun and worth it.
